As we set out to find the best proposal spots, we quickly realized that our hunt for the dreamiest Southern California proposal spots is far from over! This blog morphed into a mixture of travel blog, fun memories with each other, and a few beautiful spots we think would make a very memorable proposal spot. Hidden Valley // Joshua Tree
Joshua Tree is one of our favorite places to hang in Southern Cali! This National park is very well know, and thankfully only 2 hours from Downtown LA. Joshua Tree’s unique landscape and beautiful sunsets make for the perfect place to propose. The great part about Joshua Tree is the many hidden nooks where you can create a beautiful setting to pop The Q.
Crescent Bay Point Park // North Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach is a very popular beach spot, and one of the best beaches in Southern California (we think!) . That being said, it can be very difficult to find an intimate spot to pop The Question! We found a beautiful lookout in north Laguna Beach that offers the same beauty without the crowds. You also get a beautiful view of Crescent Bay beach.
Balboa Pier // Newport Beach
If you’re looking for a more iconic Californian engagement and don’t mind the crowds, propose at a popular beach … with a PIER! Setting up a secret picnic underneath a pier at sunset sounds like a dreamy setting for an engagement, doesn’t it? If you don’t mind all eyes on you, take a stroll down the boardwalk and propose at the end of the pier.
